| I'v not bothered beyond a bacon sarnie last couple days -
lunch today !!!!!! was vegetable lasagne and brown bread an butter and dinner was an innocent vegetable chili - I think I'm not helping myself - so have formulated a proper menu - 3 meals a day an 3 snacks - little and often - and healthier than bacon sarnies cakes an chips. | |
