Oh i nearly had that. But i put the steak back and chose the bangers instead

fried chiken strips in a tomato herby sauce thingy wiv peppers n peas mixed wiv cooked spicey rice

puddin was tinned rice puddin warmed wiv raspberry jam mixed in

I cooked a vegetable stirfry - followed by a bacon and brown sauce sandwich

I had thick juicy minted lamb chops again

Pancakes this morning with sugar and lemon.

Today has been mostly custard doughnuts and about 4 pints of full fat milk

later on got some bread puddin made by emz mum wich is gorg n buttery

Tonight im going to make something i saw on tele called "Flotties" basically a potato,bacon,onion and egg fritta.....im gonna push em right in my FAT GOB at about 8pm

I'v not bothered beyond a bacon sarnie last couple days -

lunch today !!!!!! was vegetable lasagne and brown bread an butter and dinner was an innocent vegetable chili - I think I'm not helping myself - so have formulated a proper menu - 3 meals a day an 3 snacks - little and often - and healthier than bacon sarnies cakes an chips.

omg its been sooo cold by the water so tonite is tomato soup wiv an ikkle bit of chilli n them rolls u buy n bake so they are hot wiv tequilas that have been warmed by lightin them
