| Tonight i had Cajun style chicken strips from the breast. Fresh salad, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, green pepper, a little dash of paprika or olive oil (Optional) croutons, red onion. And pitta bread. For dessert i had good old fashioned jam sponge and Devon custard. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm | |

| 2 pints of freshly squeezed orange juice (Not concentrate). A 12 pack of custard doughnuts. A tiger loaf with mature cheese and Branston pickle. That's my main intake for today | |
