I'v fiddled about and have 3 stuffed peppers in the oven.....nearly ready to add the cheese

we had a cheesy leek n chiken pie wiv rice wiv ikkle vegetable bits in n wine

I think i might try some of that Tex Mex. A Friend said it was her favourite meal, but
then she is from Florida! lol.
Or maybe i will have some barbecued spare ribs with fresh salad and crusty bread.

From now on its cooked dinner, skinless chicken, jacket spuds, salad, fruit and vegetables and lots brain food ie: protein shakes. And
