| I brought some chicken pieces, and cut them up into chunks, started to fry them, and noticed i had some onions as well, so i diced them up, and in the frying pan as well, then added some Indian curry paste, and a tin of tomatoes and a tin of red chilli beans, and then some spaghetti and 2 mugs of chicken stock. I didnt realise but made enough for about 8 meals hence thank god for the deep freezer, and then i made apple crumble with ice cream. hence thats going in the deep freezer as well. | |

| No more junk food From now on its cooked dinner, skinless chicken, jacket spuds, salad, fruit and vegetables and lots brain food ie: protein shakes. And feeling the burn!!! | |
