I'v fiddled about and have 3 stuffed peppers in the oven.....nearly ready to add the cheese

well - I didn't have much in the fridge:

par boiled potatoes, onion, corgette, yellow pepper, musrooms , chopped tomatoes with garlic and a splurge of olive oil - lots of black pepper - thick white sauce with odd bits of cheese grated in and black pepper and grated cheese on top.

It WAS lovely but the washing up was scary.

I cooked a kind of stew curry thingy and to be honest I threw everything in and hoped for the best, it turned out quite good to my surprise. I have had this Friday and Saturday and today and theres another 3 portions in the deep freeze, tomorrow I have baked beans on toast to look forward to

even less in the fridge (till tomorrow)

I'v made a very spicy potato and tomato and chili dish - smells ok


 

Are you vegetarian Pandora?

No - I'm not - BUT - to be truthful - if I had to kill my own meat I would be - fish is my favourite and if the circumstances arose - I could catch my own for cooking.

 


Do you recall that Alf Garnett episode where Else made a dog food pie for the dog and Alf ate it - he loved it !!!!

My lad and i had a Balti curry today with garlic breads,but it was one of those from the Patak range not of my own creations,but it was quite tasty. 

I do actually! she had great pleasure telling him and his facial expressions were hilarious!

 Brains Fagots,mash potato with diced onions and jerk seasoning,broccoli and cauliflower

We had an indian takeaway as we're too tired to cook after battling with more flat packs....2 bedside cabinets done, one wardrobe nearly finished just need to put the doors on, tomorrow another wardrobe to be done and the next day 2 chestofdrawers, day after that hopefully comatose for most of the day  

and whoever invented the power screwdriver.....they deserve a medal!!!  

  

deep frozen kebab pizza

The lad and i had a Bar B Q today  nothing special just chicken,pork chop,some sausages and some veg fried rice to go with it and a jug full of Orange juice

I've made a cheesy vegetable bake to go in the oven later

....which would have been better had I not forgot the onion

I cheated today chicken risotto and a kebab micro waved from Iceland  

I brought a English box of fish and chips in the supermarket called Kvickly took it home bunged it in the oven gave it 30 minutes, 6 minutes over, the chips were burnt, and the fish was still Cold, hence stright in the dustbin

For some unknown reason my appetite has dropped again, had no dinner for the last 3 days as haven't been hungry, even when I wake up...still not hungry, plain weird 

The lad and i had an Italian Duck pizza each from Iceland,not bad now and again,but not to often i think,all tho i would not say know to roast duck steaming on my plate all for me,me,me

Today we are just helping our selfs,a bit and bob day, had two soft boiled eggs and three wholemeal toast fingers for breakfast,may have a couple of salad sarnies later and a bowl of chicken soup,Sunday Dinner is a looming tho,must have a Traditional Sunday dinner,got a lovely Steak each OH MUMMY,MUMMY OH YEAH im going to give my Teeth an extra brushing befor i use them and after iv finished giving them a work out  look in Bum hole theres a Steak a coming your way after first going in my mouth hole,i'll make sure theres a new toilet roll hung up ready
