I'v fiddled about and have 3 stuffed peppers in the oven.....nearly ready to add the cheese

Had 2 steak burgers fried onions and tomatoes.....

I left some and found Merlin had finished it all up:cat:

Today i had a steak and kidney pie,mash potato's and some Nobby's

Leftovers tonight ..... Chicken and rice with a side dish of baked zucchini!! YUMO

Zucchini is a green summer squash kinda of looks like a cucumber!!

Still havent made my salad!! seems like too much chewing to do to me!!

may end up with cottage cheese and fruit instead!!

Iv got two chicken leg's marinateing in Tandorie mix in the fridge,will also do a salad to go with them for my lad and i later on,not very Hungery tho so may give it a miss

Had lightly toasted whole meal pitta bread's stuffed with onion,mushroom,chinise leaf,Green and red pepper's,shreaded chicken,done in a wok with olive oil curry powder,jerk sessoning,black pepper and Garlic clove added to flavour yum,yum

Whole wheat spighetti  with garlic and butter n parm cheese and wilted spinach!!

Boiled Chicken and sauted cabbage

mousakka (sainsburys) and cherry tomatoes

beef chop suey

Clam chowder!! YUMO!!
