We're back to boiling sunshine again after 3 storms and heavy rain  

3 storms!!! God you dont know how Lucky you are,

It was lovely and fresh afterwards but short-lived, the humidity was back again yesterday  

I heard Theres been many deaths in Worthing, Sussex as Theres a large population of elderly living there, i told my Mum to have a bowl of water just standing there, hence one can soak ones feet. Saturday, i was ill, i should have just gone swimming, or jumped in a lake,

Elderly ppl dehydrate quickly in the summer, if they take water tablets, have poor mobility or have some form of dementia they're fluid intake needs to be upped and encouraged to drink more, dehydration that goes untreated eventually leads to renal failiure.

i think in less than a month Theres been over 500 deaths

Yesterday afternoon i was at a childs birthday party kids everywhere,the bouncy castle had Hard core activity im telling yus,even Royal Marine Commando's could not do that much damage and keep up that sort of pressure for long  anyway weather great so all was well even tho we all go ambushed by some wasps which i took great delight in swatting with a racket that should have been used for swiping a shuttlecock over a net,well a few wasps flew over that net without the need to use their wings   right well when that had finished i had to drive to another Birthday party for a couple hours in the evening,my second eldest Daughters Birthday,well her Garden was wall to wall female's in various states of alcohol poisoning,what male presence there was me included were herded together in one corner near the smokin Bar-B-Q nervously sipping a Beer and feeling like a hung Beef in a Butcher's shop,well the clouds gathered and eventually in poured it down and there i was standing there with a soggy Hot dog that slowly bent over due to getting so wet in the downpour  then we all had to crowd into the house and most of us gathered in the kitchen area  you could not move and so the Heat went up,body heat like if you get the drift like,well end of evening my lad and i managed to escape but sadly i don't think some of the lads that turned up did and i'm saying prayers for them today just incase they buckled under that predatory attention   Yee God's it won't like that when i was a young man it could have corrupted me something cronic like,i'll be expecting a full explanation when i next see my Daughter on the conduct of some of her Friends and Neighbours

 Well yes iv not felt like that in years L.G.  Best is i got loads of good night kisses and i haven't had a wash yet today i can still smell the perfume

 Niagra my Teddy is best mates with Dobbin rocking Horse and Muffin the Mule so he gets all the on going racing tips from the horses mouth so to speak cos they can speak a da lingo like,the jockey has got nowt to do with it i'm telling yus,and by the way Muffin the Mule would like it known that Muffin the Mule is not a criminal offence ok
