All you need know is that it is what ever it is you expect of it.
If it performs all the functions you require than it has to be good.
Whereas if it does far more than you will ever use,you are paying for more than you need.
All that means is that if the price is right and it meets your requirements as the user, than cheap isn't necessarily cheap ,it therefore becomes a good deal !!!
we fashion our wording over here, instead of of saying I got this on the cheap
we say I got a really really good deal on this
I mean you can't beat the price !
