First topic message reminder :

I tried something different to eat today -

healthy - full of vitamins - and vegetables -


it was ok ish - sort of thai - ish -  I used miso paste -


the colour wasn't as anticipated - sort of grey/green - more grey-


the taste was 70% there.....


needs tweeking scratch

iv had a bit of every thing today, Beef burgers on crusty cobs, cheesy coleslaw, fish filet, soup, hot dogs and onions, and chicken drumsticks, some beer and some home made Sangria to wash it down with oh and a couple of chocolate coated peppermint ice lolly's    Laughing

Rolling Eyes Pork kebabs sound tasty Mrs P. my lad and I are having our usual that we have every Sunday Scotch Broth soup, then mash potato, mixed Broccoli and Cauliflower with a cheese sauce Yorkshire pud and Aunt Bessie's roasties,  Chicken leg this week but some times its a pork chop or a nice piece of steak, ice cream  cone for afters   cheers

the pork is marinating in lemon rind - juice - olive oil - piri piri  an chili flakes - an I have ready cherry toms - yellow pepper - red onion - corgette - musroom an small pitta breads.

sadly no chocolate cone or chocolate - I'l have a pear.

Rolling Eyes Oh dear Mrs P  Laughing  sorry for laughing but iv been there and got the T.shirt  I have done the same on a number of occasions myself  Shocked  my last venture into the realms of culinary disaster was my soup making skills when I forgot and the stock I was making boiled away I only realized when I got this nasty burnt smell drift in to me from the kitchen, I saved it but as you said kind of had a burnt flavour to it, I cheated and added a stock cube to the dried burnt mess at bottom of the pan not do that again it was yuk  Neutral

Rolling Eyes Think I will have a rummage around to maybe Spaghetti and meat balls, or I may have a quick ice land meal one of their Chinese chicken stir fries or bacon and cheese pasta's then again iv got a frozen fish pie or chicken supreme I can bung in the micro wave later on  cheers

its 18.48 im tired so its a bowl of cornflakes before i go to bed, i have to be up at 02.30 in the morning for Work, so i wont be in much in the week, but hopefully make up for it in the weekend. I have gotten a cleaning job where i start at 4 in the morning, , so now im saying goodnight
