| I think that thing with the shields is just s marketing gimmick. Only the rich would have had family shields. | |

| I think Tox i'm glad they all moved away, I guess the interesting part is where they all ended up and then grew from there. I have seen the Family emblem, and read about how the name came about, I guess its interesting being about ones own family line. I haven’t read it all, take longer than a year of Sundays | |

| Is nice to know your family history!! think my Grandad on my Mom's side did a hachet job to our tree by changing his name because he was in some kind of hot water with the law!! Romur has it that he killed his first wife!! not good records back then and well it seems you could get away with murder!! | |

| It's a well known fact that within my Beaver lodge history we deffo had a cousen by the name of Racoon joe who it's said ended up as being David Crocket's Hat,he saw some action i can tell you sitting ontop of his bonce,it's unown what became of Racoon joe after Crocket snuft it some say he ended up swinging on some Indian scalp pole some where.Other family member's fell foul of frontier fur Trapper's and adorned many a high flier's head in the form of Beaver skin top hat's:shock: even Royalty so it's said, speaking for myself it make's one wary to be out swimming on a night when your fur is at stake:cl2: | |
