My Soul Mate
My soul mate has passed on
Rich memories, not forgotten
In my heart she has not gone
She gave me life, love and children
When I see our children I see you
How lucky I was that you came to my rescue
Knowing your still in my heart I sleep well
You still have me under your spell
In my heart we still talk
Still take our favourite walk
I still find in you the peace I need
From friends I knew I was envied
Worshipping you has been a lovely pleasure
A life that has been full of love and laughter
Memories still make me smile
They block the loneliness for a while
Our children have grown up and are strong
Hopefully they and their children will live long
Now I long to be released and wake up in your arms
Wake up to those womanly charms
