i am thinking Cycle

 
Yep im thinking why don't I go and get a cycle, im spending far to much time sitting down tapping away on a laptop or watching the Tv etc, and my waist line is showing this, im slowly metamorphosing  into a Ball and my legs are showing signs of under use   im thinking Mountain bike and I am looking and weighing up my requirements for such a move, yep its been a Hell of a while since iv rode one but they say its like swimming you don't forget how to, I know it makes sence wearing those Helmets, but I am from a generation where we did not wear stuff like that so am feeling a little self conscious about wearing one    well I have some good Country tracks to ride in, pluss parks etc with out the need to ride on the roads to much, the exercise will do me good, strengthen up my legs, reduce waist line build stamina  etc    that and hit that swimming pool a little more where I can play at being Moby Dick the Whale to begin with progressing I hope to Flipper the Dolphin  

 

Its ALWAYS GOOD to excercize - gently to start with - and that aligned with possible dietary changes will soon be sending you shopping for new clothes

maybe first get BP - chloresterol - blood test checks

 ^^^^^^^^^^    oh that song take's me back I use to wear cloth's like that and have long hair over my shoulders just like those in that video above, they were the days care free, fun day's of youth were have they gone    

Aaaah indeed, where have they gone ! feel's just like yesterday in my head. That song reminds me of lovely care-free summers and friendships.

Iv bought a mountain bike, not a new one but one I found on gumtree site here in Nottingham, needs new tyres etc but that's no problem and I have all ready been out on it which has comfirmed to me just how unfit I am at the moment, one of my Daughters who lives not far from me has also bought one herself and  will join me in the park etc when the weather picks up, I have also joined the local swimming baths and will go for a dip two three times a week, I need to kick start myself have all but given up eating bread take no sugar sept that which is in food naturaly, those pounds had better shift or else      sitting here to long tapping these keys on my laptop don't help nether I spend far to long on it, its like an addiction gotta  get that lappy out gotta see whats, what etc     I will succeed, I may not become Mr Body Beautiful, but my aim is to once again become Mr Body Acceptable   X
