Disgrace in Westminster

I was just watching Prime Ministers Questions on BBC 1 House of Commons and was amazed at the ignorant attitudes of members present, M.P.s who had questions to put forwards did so amongst the throng of other M.P,s who constantly spoke and ignored what was being put forwards, and this from people who are elected to run our Country??? is it no wonder that so many cockups are  made and things left undone when those who are suppose to be responsible for the day to day running's of our Country act like some unruly  Hooligans on a night out complete with cotton wool stuft into their ear's, maybe Scotland should vote to go it alone if this is how Westminster is run, Shame on them all England expects some thing more from its elected members of Parliament.
