Life in 2014.....

Not a lot makes sense to me today. I'm british but feel a minority.

I don't understand the so called system of justice - where victims are sometimes not even on the statistics - and the offenders getting off - to commit more offences.

I don't understand why in 2014 - some people have to choose heat or food - they just can't afford both - well - they can get in debt

I don't understand the policy of allowing so many immigrants in - when they can't self support - and there's not enough houses/services

I don't understand how its ok to have zero hour contracts - except that with so many immigrants wanting work - its an Employers Bonanza -

plus all the other little things - no ba ba black sheep - blackboards - gollywogs -


and with all the "lessons" learnt - cruelty to animals/children persists

 I certainly do understand you Mrs p and just to say im as mystified as you are with the Modern day Britain and World for that matter    I can remember my old School Teacher looking at us all sitting there in Class shaking his head and saying I wonder what sort of mess you lot our future Generation that is about to take charge of the Country and the World are going to make I hope you don't make the same Mistakes those before you have made referring to WW1 & WW11 & Korea & Malaya etc and in the Americans case Viet Nam     we your for fathers did do one good thing we gave you the N.H.S. and free Health care Housing  and jobs look after them   Famous last Words I Think.

 Stumpy many over here agree with you yes the immigration issue is fast taking over as the number one area of contention   this Country is only a small Island and just cannot cope with the mass influx now taking place no matter what those Buffoons in Westminster tell you, I still remember the England of my youth, looking at this Country now as to back then I can see two very different Countries and the Modern one is the one I don't like for a whole host of reasons mass immigration being the prime one, don't get me wrong there are many things today I wish we had back then but by and large England was a much greener and pleasant land, were people had time of day for each other and one could have a laugh and socialize with out upsetting one another for trivial things, people could take a joke in the spirit of things, and justice was respected through out the World so to our police force   you cannot say that now a days can you, and our Children behaved in School and Teachers voice was law and was respected  as such, Children left School having learnt at least the three R.s, Children now some leave School not even knowing how to sign their own name because they were allowed to miss behave and not listen to their Teacher, an Education wasted in many cases. 

Beaver i agree with you, Things have changed, the thing that i think about if England leave the EU the wrong people will have to leave England, lots of good European people have settled Down in England, and made a good life for themselves, and are part of the community they might have to leave yet the muslims wont. You never know i might have to leave Denmark, no one knows whats around the corner, but something has to be done in England to stop the influx

 Stumpy I cannot see that happening any time soon those of Europe and our fair Isles are safe enough its those who have come here illegally and those who have come to take advantage of our Health and Benefit system that are fast out staying their respective welcomes. 

Beaver, some of us brits were chatting and speculating, but mostly moaning at the cost of pg tips and angel delight over here, anyways if ukip get and are the largest or strongest party, andd they take us out of Europe, the other European countries wouldnt take to lightly if they started kicking their Citizens out, they might do the same to us. In one way it wouldnt bother me as i know i would land on my feet in England, probley get called a forigner, just a thought though

 It wont come to any thing close to kicking out each others Citizens Stumpy, more over things will just have to move along the line of tightening up all our Boarders and put a block on all this uncontrolled immigration that is sweeping Europe and Britain and even Ireland now, as a European your right is secure enough
