really made a bad mistake on my laptop

about 3 days ago i really made a bad mistake on my laptop, im so good at doing this, im a natural. i went into my control panel, and was checking all the things i had in the add and remove, and i thought that looked a bit strange and deleted it. Suddenly i couldnt log into anything like here or my email box in fact most things wouldnt pop up on Explorer. and everywhere i went like here and face book kept asking for my log in code, and most pages wouldnt open. I have accidently removed the cookie thing on my explorer, so now im using fire fox, hopefully at some point intime i will sus out how to get things back to normal, but i dont hold out for miricles. Thats my reason i havent been on so much.

What cookie thing?

LG if i use explorer, and i click on my favourites, and choose your address i sometimes get a message this page dosent exsist, not everytime, but also like my mail, if i try and log on, anywhere i have gone over to firefox but it took me ages to find out if i click on alt and D it makes a bookmark in favourites, many of the adresses i had in my favourites in explorer i cant seem to open. I think i might have to put the windows cd in and do a doctor repair, but i think i will make a list of my favourites and print that out first. I alo find explorer is better than firefox in many ways like i can hit the back button, but i just got to learn a little more on Firefox and i will be okay (hopefully)

Go to microsoft.com and download i.e if the disc doesn't work, the new download will have all the components it needs

and if you do download it make sure it's compatible with the windows version you're using

LG thats a good idea, I have to go shopping as i have run out of milk, normaly i run out of biscuits, i will be back in about a hours time

Buy biscuits as well just to be sure

I must admit i do eat a lot biscuits, been a strange christmas on the 23 rd of December i was at my girlfrriends house, enjoying home baked christmas biscuits, went to stand up, and the back of my knee kind of went, it felt like the elastic snapped where you bend your knee. I have had this before about a year ago the last time. My leg swells up, and i have to lay down with my leg as high as it can be, and the pain can last from 1 day to 6, but not this time, im still hurting leg is pretty swollen, and most days i have to put a tight bandage on my leg, otherwise i cannot set my heel on the ground when i walk. I went to the quacks they think i have a bakers cist and in the later part of January im going to to hospital for tests, so who knows, but i cannot train, and the kilos have started to pile on. i think i will have to read up on whats a bakers cist
