  I never really had much time in the day time at me humble office apartment on the avenue ,but when I did and as a rule strapped to me desk piled high in paper work nightmares,one thing I do recall only too well,come summer time there was never a dull moment because me desk over looked the avenue leading to the proclaimed center of the universe. which by the way at the time of the proclamation ,research showed no place of record had put the claim on the center of the universe. And so hence forword the proclamation claim was offically registered with the appopriate authorities . And since there was no way to confirm or deny the proclamations claim ,the authorities had little or no choice but to grant the proclamation claim thereby granting the Fremont district it's rightfull title .

So do not be alarmed at the naked bicycle persons dressed in body art clothing ,although I must admit the first time I saw that ride by me office back in the last decade of the last century ,it caught me by surprise even though the parade floats were and are created in an old closed school just but a  city block down the avenue.

Imagine wondering to yerself saying I never would have imagined landing right in the center of universe.

And one more enlighting thing,! Believe this time does fly !
