The out door is a calling me

 Well I bid thee all a farewell as im about to put my gear on and then im off down to the golf driving range for a quick knock about then im  of down to the clubs lakes to check out what is being caught or not caught  and have a chat with some of the lads I know who frequent these lakes, most likely some will be after pike seeing's as how pike season is now on as from 1st October, so I might see some snappers come out to say Hello.

I had a better option other than fishing this morning. So it can keep. Shame cos it was just the right weather for fishing, ei: Chucking it down! But then i have never been one to pass up great company.
 Any more and i really will be going to work on one of these!

Well i thought seeing as he wasn't using it an all i would give it a spin. Can't say it corners very well though and the brakes are non existent but it beats foot slapping in pouring rain.

MrB - Finally a pub I wanted to put up for you

This is a nicer pub....I love an open fire

 I do know a couple of pubs with an open fire like that in the winter time Mrs P. but sadly they are out in the Country side and driving and drinking don't mix im afraid, and now a days it costs a fortune using a Taxi, but then again if you find a tee total mate who just fancy's  a lemonade and a chat beside an open fire, then your made  Oh and don't  forget a good hot meal to, many years ago now I use to visit one such pub in a village called Hoveringham were they had an open fire and good food, and in the summer  time an open veranda were you could watch the local cricket team play, my wife and I use to enjoy going there now and again,dont know what its  like now tho its been a  good few years since I last went there

 well tell that to the local Duck's, those  in the ponds near me are any body's for a cheese and pickle sandwich
