Mi Telly is broken

Mi Telly broke down this morning
oh mi lad and i are sad
just as i took a mouthfull
of mi bacon buttie at that
can yer fix it pleaded mi lad
he had tears in his eyes so sad
with screw driver by mi side
and round the back of it ide slide
pulled this and that,and some
of the other,but try as i might
it refused to go,no signal it said
so i checked the dish,with fingers
crossed we made a wish,but the
wish fairys were no where in sight
so i says to mi lad,looks like
we had it tonight,so switch the
one on in your room good night
iv got one in mine to,so i'll
watch mine to and keep an open ear
for mi lad to for when he dose
a brew,then i'll shout with all
my might make that two

Sounds like a good plan to me 

 Iv been to see my Grandson, its his Daughters birthday tomorrow and he is taking her his wife and son out for the day so I thought I had better go and take her a card and present  I say present it was some cash rearly as I looked all over for some thing for an eight year old Girl, she has most things, well looks like its ok,because  now she can get a make your own Bear   seems its the in thing, you choose a Bear outer, then you watch it being filled how you wont it plus  you can add things on to it, a kind of personalized Teddy Bear  what ever next  still she seems Happy with it so who am I to look a bit puzzled  

That's novel...stuff your own bear 

 
That's what I was thinking seems like every thing now a days gets stuft L.G.

And on that note I'm off to stuff myself into bed...enjoy watching your 14" Beaver

May one enquire as to situation with TV ???Mr B

 Yes of course Mrs P.   it would seem that when I had my bedroom TV's connected to the outside Ariel  the chap that did it did not connect my living room TV to it as it was already connected to a Sat, dish  and I received my TV through that and my Free sat box, all was ok until my Sat box developed a fault which resulted in the TV not receiving a signal, thus no TV   in the end I went to Argos and purchased another Sat box and now all is well  Son has again resumed his posture taking root on his back  couch potato style  and is happy  im looking into having the TV again reconnected also to the Ariel like it should have been in the first place  thank you for asking Mrs P.
