Just a moan.. might as well.

Why Oh Why Oh Why Oh Why ! ave proud mothers been putting pictures of their kids in their new school uniforms on Facebook, or anywhere else for that matter...but that isn't really my main moan :) My main moan is this, WHY OH WHY OH WHY OH WHY ! do they now call what used to be called secondary school when I went in the 1920's They now call it HIGH SCHOOL ! we aint in bloody America...its still a secordary school...There I finished... In Croydon and other areas the secondary schools are now "Academies"  

Btw I went to Haling Manor High School, there was also Croydon High School, Selhurst High School, Norbury Manor High School, Selsdon High School and more high schools in the....wait for it....

Now they're all "Academies" 

  My old school was a High School  it was perched on a Hill overlooking the City next to a Wood  but we called it Stalag 13 and the School Comondant Skilbeck,and his side kick Old Joe used to give us the cold eye stare while cutting the air with his cane just looking at all those potencial victims (they were us lot,long haired yobs as he use to call us  ] i can still hear his voice as we strode through the School door,GET YOUR HAIR CUT SCRUFF  WERES YOUR UNIFORM  PUT THAT TIE ON  YOU CLEANED THOSE SHOES THIS YEAR  ETC,ETC,ETC, Only those Brave enough made a commeant under their Breath as they tried to gain access,but Old joes ear was all to well tuned in and those he heard were grabed and put to one side,they were his morning pre assembley victims for joes bit of willow stick or what ever his cane was made of,he had quite afew to choose from,i saw them in his office during my frequent invitations into his torture chamber office of his with other victims,His constitution may well have mellowd if our School had been mixed with some Girls,but at that time it was unfortunatly an all Male School,dam it,from what my mates said who went to a mixed School us lot mist out on one Hell of a lot of fun  but we made up for it when on cross country runs through the woods,cos some times our paths crossed with the all Girls School not that far away and some of us kind of did not come back for ages,the excuse that they got lost did not hold much water with the Gym instructor

 

In my school it was the cane for the boys and the slipper for the girls...never heard of any girls getting the slipper though, plenty of boys had the cane.....shows which sex was more crafty 

  Thats True L.G.   and after bringing up some Girls i can rearly confirm it as an out and out trueth,some say its a gift of the Gods,or was it that apple that Eve ate from that forbidden Tree cos poor old Adam did not get to have a bite did he.  

Girls have the knack of making themselved look more innocent than boys 

 And dont i know it L.G.  but iv had years of practise of looking behind those big round sad eyes,the slightest curl of a lip or twitch of an eye lid,and slight hesitantencey in the voice  an im on it  but yeah ok,ok,i do look the other way mostly,  Why  Dont ask  life could get a bit ruff with a house full of females out for blood,best step out the way some times  thank fully they all grown up now so iv changed the locks on the doors,the peace,the peace its so darn lovely

  Im thinking of putting a notice up on my front door,please use other door,,with an arrow pointing to the garden gate that they just come in  or have a moat put in with some fish swimming in it,pahranas look nice   Ok,OK,so i may be thinking of over doing it a little,i'll relax the restrictions come Christmas and on my Birthday and put the well come matt out and smile   i'll get a good battering if any of them read this you know  im treading on dangerous ground at the momeant.

Oh allright then so they may ave allways been called High Schools.. BUT ! now you got me onto Academys ! even worse !....The kids at the local "Academy" well the girls at least ave got this new terrible kinda blue tarten skirt they ave to wear, trying to make em look posh they are, a bit more kinda oldy worldy classy.. PAH !
Ave I ever mentioned I hate teachers ?...Hav'nt I ? OH WELL ! i'll go on about them then ! They walk up and down outside this house I work at and pass at least 5 times a day and theres allways one of em standing out there aving a fag or a chat... Over worked my Bottom ! not my bottom over worked I mean teachers over worked.. not that they are.. Oh Bollards to it ! Anyway all teachers are lazy gits who wouldn't know a days work if it smacked em in the face....

Teachers don't have the same kind of presence that our teachers had, they try to be matey with the kids which in turn makes the kids have a lack of respect.
