This Morning.....

It's freeeeeezing!!!!!! I've never known it this cold on a September morning and having to put the heating on 

    ^^^^^   Well why do you think that some birds fly South for the Winter L.G.    Only the tough birds stay put  get some good ole yorkshire stew down yer and whip out that bag of Scotch porridge oats  and a good few extra blankets,jumpers,thermal nickers,etc,the further North you go L.G. the nearer the Artic get yer map out woman  you should have moved South West and gone to Cornwell instead  i thought you liked Cornwell,one of my Brothers moved there befor he passed on,he said it was mostly all ways mild even in winter  you moved from London yes,,,well so many people in London,so many buildings all close together its no wonder its a little warmer there,its a well known survival trick L.G. body Heat  better let your cats into your bedroom or put some extra on your Gas bill,then again if it snows build an igloo and hunt a whale in a kayak or a walrus or two like the Eskimos,EEE By gum lass,Thee as seeeen nowt yet,git ya sen a snow shovel befor winter sets in lass,and some salt  

I love it that its cooler....

I don't handle cold weather very well, it makes me worse.

Beaver I would've loved to have moved to Cornwall, unfortunately it's becoming expensive there now so Yorkshire it was as the property rents are low, not being able to work leaves us on a very low budget.

I did go on the net looking for jobs here and there are jobs but my dad and daughter brought me back to reality. 

I think my internal thermostat must be wonky - if I get COLD - I can't move - and when I get hot - its like i'm being microwaved - TODAY - I feel "right".... the best I'v felt in ages

The cold has that affect with me and I have to have a hot water bottle behind my back to keep the muscles relaxed.
Heat I can cope better with than the cold but both doesn't make the fatigue any better unfortunately.

Its a terrible thing to be brought down by our own bodies - for our own peace of mind - we have no choice but to accept - never knowing if tomorrow will be worse or better than the day before.

Memories of flitting about wherever we want are replaced by planning and managing how to do what we once took for granted -

Exactly...I can push myself for e.g the wardrobes etc flat packs but I pay dearly for it.
When my dad was here last week for a few days he told me he was going to get me a wheelchair, I thought about it and said no I don't want one, the more I keep trying to walk that bit further it may delay it for when I do need a wheelchair, having one now may tempt me to use it as an easy option.

EXACTLY - the cost of overdoing what we once took for granted can impact over many days - weeks.

Our bodies to their best - but then its PAYTIME.

And taking zombifying painkillers...

  Not to bad here in East Midlands,been quite warm by day,not to cold this evening,iv sat outside having a cuppa and felt quite ok,mind i am like pandora,i quite like it when it cools down,Autum is my favouret time of the year.

the sun is shining, Windows wide open, what more can one ask for, its Cold at night, Jack Frost is a live and well,

Sun is out today so I may go and have a round of golf today or just doodle on the driving range for a while

Washing out on the line, 2nd load on, another reason why I love the sun

 If only I could get my lad trained to use the washing Machine instead of just filling it up, and also to use the iron life would be really great

I got this orange tree, and it has 3 oranges on it, when i got it about nearly 2 years ago the oranges were gree, anyway the plant is now as hig as me, and Theres loads of White buds all over it, the first time i have seen that since i have had it, that has just made my day
