Get-together night

Okies I'd like to try and organise an afternoon or evening for when we can all be on around the same time so that we can welcome and corrupt our new members and learn some corruption from them angel2

So which is best for everyone...afternoon or evening?? which days? Preferred times? and what dates will anyone be unable to join in because of going on holiday etc....

So if you could post here your availabilities then hopefully we can organise something Very Happy

Btw it will be bring your own bottle evening drink

LG. I use to train a lot, and started to really lose weight, now I have started putting weight back on, my kiro practioner says its because I have started to get some muscle on me, hence im cutting my training right down, hopefully I will lose more weight and the muscle

only small weights because of my left hand, but I have been using 4 kilo weights and doing from waist to shoulder outstretches 100 every day, part of the training I have been doing each day

Maybe you need to cut down on your carbs?

Im slowly changing my diet, cutting out more sugar, no butter, cut Down on sweet Things and no junk food

That's why you were gaining muscle, the carbs were doing it, to lose weight you have to have a high protein diet like fish, green veg, wholemeal bread etc etc, I'm surprised your trainer didn't do a diet sheet for you Rolling Eyes
