| If i dig a hole in my garden or turn over soil, leave my spade in the ground, then sit down quietly nearby for tea. I can pretty much guarantee a red robin will come down and perch on the handle of my spade. They just cant resist the worms in the freshly turned soil | |

| Iv seen a female Cuckoo today flying from a tree near our local pond,im sure it was one and not a sparrow hawk, the female Cuckoo dose arrive before the male one's do so should not be long before i hear the Male's Cuckoo calling from the wood's when they decide to turn up that is,probley stopped of on route at the Cuckoo arm's with the lad's had quite afew Goldfinch's and blue tit's knocking about in the Garden, every thing is so behind with all this unseasonal weather we are having Grrrrrrr | |
