Starting to get into fruit and veggie juices, I love carrot and orange juice, I would recommend that one gets a de juicer brilliant, Pineapple juice is nice. On the box this morning it was showing what weeds hold a lot of vitamin c and god knows what else, I think I will give that a miss though. I like rice milk with fruit

I all ready do juice up and make smoothie's,Five aday all at once like in an easy to consume drink im also thinking of starting to make my own soup's useing fresh veg and other ingreadient's,hopefully will turn out ok,if not there is all ways the sink to pour it down.

WOW I do love a health smoothie!! Spinach is one of the best thing to add and it doesmt make the flavor tate like a salad either!!

You cant beat fresh fruit smoothies, you can make them with crushed ice. Just throw any combination of fruit and a tray of ice cubes in a blender and hey presto! Like a slush puppy minus all the syrup and sugar

So we all agree then,look's like we are all smoothie's

Sometimes ya just can't stand chewing on a veggie so blend the hell out of it and drink up

LOL the summer offers the best strawberries and blueberries so use a lil creativity!

If you want to be naughty, you can have strawberries with vanilla ice cream and a little milk, then blend it to death for a great thick milkshake, do the same with bananas

I have a Vitamix blender that will make ice cream or sherbert with the frozen fruit and milk or I like using almond milk!! one minute blending and ya a have fresh frozen treat!

frozen peaches are fab

See now you had to go and tempt me into getting out my blender!

I have ice cream, but no peaches! Good job Tesco is now open till midnight every night Almond milk? Will have to look out for that while im there.....

Almond breeze is wat it is called here! less fat and carbs!! Taste is subperb!!

Silk is soy milk is also good n healthy for ya!

Oh no, that's no good. I cant be doing with no sugar this and low fat that. I work out enough to earn the luxury of eating full fat everything!

Sounds tasty!! I havent had any cranberry juice in years Hum we only do cranberry sauce at the holidays!! Must try some in the blender mix!!

Freshly squeezed orange juice is always refreshing, and i mean real orange juice, not that concentrate rubbish. You can get it with the orange bits in an everything

I order this at Smoothie King but HELL it's like $8 for a large drink!! Grrrrr

everything good has to cost and arm and a leg!! "POUT"

Right now the drink that would do me some good is a nice double voddy and lemonade with plenty of ice

Pinapples are pretty cheap at the mo, so its a nice pineapple juice with a good splash of vodka, its not bad

I brought a sit up machine yesterday, and the one nice thing about having a vodka or two, one dosent mind that its still in the box

I do miss having a drink Grrrr but my meds say NO drinky winky for me
