  this here's a high class operation and those that expect more also pay more
,so it's all about business and profit . Designated parking areas come at a premium
cost which is guarenteed through a contract so's they pay fer privet parking even if nobody parks there !   

 
The Mafia are a Beavers best customers Niagra they park long  term quite afew cars on the bottom of the ponds some have been there years  

  Times have changed ,we hauled all them old abandoned cars out of there
with them cranes and put in a privet underground parking exclusively fer vip designated parking complete with valet parking & shuttle service. also is equipped with hidden privet entrance and exits all underground of course ! Very classy operation

 Yeah well iv got an underground parking plot all paid for and ready for the long stay but im still driving around and so don't intend using it just yet, the area is quite classy as you say and the views across the City are quite exceptional on a sunny day none of the other residents are in a hurry to vacate their parking lots, some say the night life or lack of it is all soul  

   Hello Beaver ! As yer can see we has been do'en a little market research and the plan is to revive the UK fishy chippy obsession by creating the worlds best and biggest fish and chips joint at the new World Class Beaver Car Park !

 Fish and chips are getting far to expensive now a days Niagra and the fish seems smaller I would sooner go to the coast and catch afew cod myself and do my own iv got plenty space in my freezer to give them a home  

  Yer has got to see the changing times Bev. We flood the car park with people in cars and sell them lots and lots of fish and chips -they will stand in long lines to get the best deal in the world-the concept is, you lots and lots of the product at low cost for higher profits all the while maintaining quality control- motto being, skimp not on materials for greater material gain !

 I Did some work afew years ago down at an American air force Base R.A.F. Mildenhall  and while there I joined in a que  with some of the lads there at a mobile fish and chip van   I ended up chucking mine away in front of the chap selling them the chips were cold limp and soggy, and the fish was disgusting I and afew of the lads ended up at a pub in the village and had a nice pub meal instead, I made sure my views on that fish and chip van was made known to the lads and I think the pubs meal sales  started to rise after that episode   

  It's not that way at the world class Beaver Cove Fishy and Chippy Parking paradise !

  We is looking to aquire more land mass so's we can add world class landing strip so's to accomidate the influx of air traffic coming and going as this here is a world class operation
and they will come for all four cornors of the earth to eat fish and chips. Than we add in a rental car agency so's they drive themselves to the Beaver Car Park than pay to park before they pay to eat !

 I don't think that chap knew how to do decent fish and chips I think he was ripping the base lads off, well if they are cooked and served right then theres nothing to beat a good tuck in of fish and chip may your parking lot chippy go from strength to strength and make shed loads of cash matey   oh and by the way seeing as how its Beaver car park enterprisers what about my cut then 70/30 my way lets say
